Local Draft vs Contract Storage Separation

Draft CRUD is browser-local (IndexedDB) and bound to each origin and device. Drafts created on localhost or other hosts remain safely stored there; use “Import Draft JSON” or “Export JSON” to move draft packages between domains. Public on-chain markets are universal across all instances.
